Once you fill out our contact form, we’ll send over our package guide and confirm your date availability. A signed contract and a 30% retainer officially lock in your date. After that, we’re yours! We can break up the rest of the rest in to as many payments as you'd like as we lead up to the wedding day. We just ask the full balance be settled 30 days before the wedding.

We’re always happy to help you plan the best coverage for your day. If you end up needing to add more time, we can always do that as we finalize the timeline of the big day!

Most couples book us 6–12 months before their wedding. Popular dates (especially spring + fall weekends) go quickly, so the sooner the better! We recommend booking us after you've booked your venue.

Our approach is candid, warm, and creative — we love capturing genuine emotion, natural movement, and all the little in-between moments. We lightly direct when needed, but most of the time we’re just documenting your story as it unfolds.

Every wedding is unique, but typically you’ll receive 60–100 edited photos per hour of coverage — all high-resolution and ready for download in a private online gallery.

Sneak peeks are usually sent within 72 hours, and your full gallery + video are delivered within 8–12 weeks after your wedding. The 1 minute highlight video reel should be about 2 weeks after your wedding day!

Yes! We love to travel and are always down for a new adventure. Just let us know your location — travel fees vary depending on distance and logistics.

We are all canon! Photo has 2-4 cameras, and speedlite flash. We do not do off camera flash as it isn't our vibe. Video should have 2-3 cameras! One on a tripod and one on a gimbal. We also have a drone if needed!

Yes! All of my packages include a 2nd photographer. If we're looking to cut costs, we can always drop this if you feel it isn't necessary.

Yes! We are more than happy to stay longer! The price is $50 more per hour since we weren't able to plan for that. We recommend adding hours during our final call as we finalize your timeline.

We’ll send a pre-wedding questionnaire to go over your timeline, shot list, and any must-have moments. We’ll also schedule a quick call or Zoom a few weeks before your wedding to finalize details.

Not at all! All we deliver are the digital files. You can always order prints when you get the delivery, or we can help recommend places to print!
